Equitable Education Fund (Thailand), or EEF, and the World Bank have therefore joined hands to improve the quality of education institutions under the Fundamental School Quality Level or FSQL program. Furthermore, the EEF and the World Bank are collaborating to carry out the Adult Skills Assessment in Thailand project, which aims to assess the competency and readiness of the youth and working-age population aged 15-64 years across the country in various skills, such as literacy, digital, and social and emotional skills.
